Make a panel cart

If you’re a mechanical guru, or even a self-taught tinker, you probably have a stack of panels lying around that looks like the one in the picture above.

If this sounds like you I suggest making a simple cart to hold your panels. You can probably buy one of these, but in true tuckshop spirit, I decided to make my own. can build the things they have always wanted to make You can check out their website.

Step1: Components Required

Fabrication Procedure

Step 1: Make the frame

                Cut the L-angle And Joint for Mitre Joint Cutting Make the frame.

 

   Step2: Fitting on Caster wheel

          Frame bottom Wheel Base plate fix to Weld and Caster Wheel Mounting.

 

     

                                      

 

Step3: Attaching holder with frame;

 

                       Pipe Holder And L-angle Frame Jointing For weld.   

 

Step4: Insert wood on frame

          Frame Inner Size Measure to Cut the Wood Inset on Frame.

 

 

                                                 

STEP5: Fitting on Pipe;

                  All Pipe Insert on Holder with Mounting on Screw.

 

 

STEP6: Final View
